The Service is currently provided free of charge.

The Service is intended for use by businesses and their authorized users.

The Service is currently available without creating an account or signing up.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Not misrepresent yourself or your organization
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your use of the Service

If we introduce account functionality in the future, additional terms may apply.

The Service is currently provided free of charge.

We reserve the right to introduce fees or paid plans in the future. If we do so, we will provide reasonable prior notice, and you will have the option to discontinue use of the Service.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding Customer Data) remain the property of ActNavigator.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

ActNavigator provides tools for AI risk classification and management.

We recommend consulting qualified legal professionals for compliance decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

ActNavigator shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

You may stop using the Service at any time.
